Return & Refund Policy

We at Nature Made strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return an item. Please review our refund policy below:

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or receipt.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@naturemade.my. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, or damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Kindly provide pictures of the received product, including the shipping label/flyer, to help us evaluate the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.
